Careful sourcing of our raw ingredients has led us to develop what is called Grill Art. This cooking system, based on quickly attaining very high temperatures, allows the fibres to tighten very quickly, forming a delicious and tasty crust, whilst the interior part retains all its succulence.
The use of a single source of electrical heat from above avoids any dangerous bluish smoke, for a healthy cooking method that involves neither grease nor oil.
